Initial advice appointment

​

We can arrange a one hour advice appointment with one of our immigration lawyers. The appointment can take place face-to-face at our Glasgow office, by video call, or by phone.

​

The appointment will be followed by a detailed advice letter (by email) which will cover the options available, the requirements that need to be met, as well as the application process.

​

For this service, we charge a fixed fee of £125.

Submitting an application

 

If, after your initial appointment, you decide to instruct us to prepare and submit an application and to act as your representative, we charge a separate fixed fee. All of our fees can be found below. This service includes checking and uploading the evidence, completing and submitting the application form, writing a detailed cover letter setting out how the requirements are met, and acting on your behalf until a decision is made.

Application checking service

​

If you wish to prepare the application on your own, you can instruct us to check your evidence before you submit. As part of this service, we check your evidence and provide you with a written assessment of it. For this service, we charge 50% of the full fixed fee for that type of application, as per the following list.

• Sponsor licence application: £1200

• Domestic worker in a private household: £750

• Settlement on the basis of 10 years long residence: £1100
